RETURN / REFUND POLICY for Second Hand Gear:
We realize that purchases made sight unseen may not always be exactly as you'd pictured them, particularly when purchasing second hand gear. While we make every effort to appraise used items as accurately as possible, our idea of an item in "good condition" may be different from yours. That's why we offer a 7 day return policy if you're unhappy with any purchase made in our store, or 14 days for purchases made via the Internet. The item must be returned to us in the same condition as it was when we shipped it to you. You will be responsible for any shipping charges for returned items.

We use a 10 point rating system to asses the condition of second hand merchandise, with "10" representing an item in virtually new condition, and "1" representing an item showing substantial wear and tear, possibly requiring additional work before functioning as intended.

It is our policy to be up front with every customer on every purchase!
